Finding a reliable local pro shouldn’t feel like a guessing game. On our marketplace, you can post a job once, receive quotes, and book the right fit — all in one place.

Whether it’s lawn care, pressure washing, assembly, or handyman work, the process is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent for homeowners.

Account Access & Posting a Service Request

1. Sign in or Create your profile HERE. Enter your login details if already registered, or use the “Register” link to create your profile. Your will have access to track projects, receive quotes, and communicate with service providers after sign-up.
2. On the Add Details, page provide as much details as possible.
   • Though optional, uploading any images of the job to be serviced could speed up the quoting process.
   • In the TITLE field, enter the job type or short job label (e.g. Soft Wash House; Paint Livingroom; Need Grass Cut).
   • In the LOCATION field, only type the job site Zip Code. The city and state will populate (zip code will save in the background).
   • In the FULL PROPERTY ADDRESS field type the complete job site address including any unit or apartment number. This will be made available to your Done! service tech assigned to complete your job.
   • In the DESCRIPTION filed, tell us what you need Done. The more details you share, the better we can process your quote.

How To Communicate With Done! Home Pros

1. We strive to build a positive and collaborative system where vendors can add on additional work to their current schedules at a relatively low cost. Fees and commissions go towards the costs of maintaining the platform and marketing expenses to promote our vendors.
2. Lawn Services: Most lawn services will be scheduled and serviced to be priced to the vendor as a percentage of the sale per service, at 15% (ex. $52 lawn service = $44.20 payout to vendor and $7.80 payout to Done! Home Pros). We plan for most lawn services to be recurring, with the same vendor providing follow-up services. Some lawn services will be priced to the vendor as one-time flat rate fee or a one-time percentage of sale fee. The pricing structure per job type will be made clear to vendors.
3. Home Repair / Improvement Services: Most home services will be priced to the vendor as a one-time percentage of sale fee, though there may be some jobs posted as a one-time set fee to vendors.
4. Some jobs will have a pre-quoted and client approved price, while some will need to be quoted though the site and approved by the client.
5. Payouts will be started and deposited via the method you set during the Strip onboarding process after completion of jobs. Please provide at least 2 days for client confirmation of satisfactory completion of any agreed upon services. Services outside of agreed upon work could be processed as another job, so as not to hold up payout processing.
